2、至少10-15年的EHS工作经验,含5年以上团队管理经验;
3、熟悉ISO 18000(安全),14000(环境)和9001(质量);
4、要求对EHS很熟悉,企业背景500人以上规模,环保方面,能掌控管理日污水处理量2000吨/天以上(化工类企业,这块需要加强些);
5、良好的英文沟通能力,能基础沟通交流。
汇报对象:直接跟集团COO汇报,负责管理下属三个工厂的EHS事务。
工作地点:江西九江&福建莆田
薪资范围:40-60万或以上,具体可商谈

Description:
The EH&S
Director is responsible for leadingEH&S functions and is accountable for
developing a strong safety,environmental culture and an effective, efficient
and compliant safety,environemtnal process in all plants and facilitating all
plants to deliverenvironmental health and safety program to a world-class
level.
Ensure that all processes to implement, oversee,and adapt policies and programs
to improve the organization's environmental andsafety performance and ensure
compliance with current and future regulationsand standards, and protect its
reputation.
Take part in establishing and implementingorganization's policies, procedures,
and the environmental, health, and safety(EH&S) activities to ensure
compliance with external EHS regulations andstandards and internal
environmental policies and management systems.
May also monitor and evaluate the organization'soverall EHS performance to
identify recurring problems; research, evaluate, andrecommend changes to
technology, equipment, systems, or processes that willimprove the
organization's EHS performance.
Ensure the organization's EHS strategy implementedeffectively within
established budgets and the organization complies with allrelevant regulations,
laws, and standards. May instruct or coach otherprofessionals.
Job Requirements
Experience & Knowledge:
• Degree / Bachelors in Science (B.Sc) orBachelors in Engineering (B.E.)
• At least 10-15+ years of experience in an EHSrole, including 8 years team
leader experience.
• Demonstrated experience working withcross-functional teams globally.
• Proven record of growth, talent management,relationships building up
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong background in management systemsincluding ISO 18000 (Safety), 14000
(Environmental) and 9001 (Quality).
• Knowledgeable about the occupational health andsafety, ergonomics and
behavior-based safety and related procedures.
• Experienced with environmental waste managementand industrial hygiene.
• Desired EH&S Certification: CSP, OHST etc.…
• Understanding of legal requirements fromDirectorate of Industrial Safety and
Health (DISH) and knowledge of relateddocumentation is required.
• Should be well-versed with Contractor SafetyCompliances procedure.
• Strong leadership, organizational and planningskills
• Excellent engagement skills assists workingdirectly with employees throughout
the organization to gain commitment andengagement
• Strong communications and influencing skills/negotiation skills with a high
