岗位要求:

1、大型化纤行业背景优先、化工行业次之;

2、负责过企业全面管理,包括生产、技术、物流、采购等各个环节;

3、熟悉大型化纤工厂内部管理,以及外部政府沟通(环保局等各类机构)、环境问题纠纷处理等;

4、英文熟练使用者优先,但非硬性条件。

PositionGM

Job responsibilities

Foresight: Develop a vision for SATERI FJ that meets the top managements expectations while conforming to the forecasted operational environment 

Implementation of Annual SATERI FJ Operational and Financial budget :
· Managing day to day operations in the office (reporting to SATERI President).
· Monitor the achievement of the Production, Sales and Marketing, General affairs (including HR, EHS, Legal, PR and etc) and Financial results.
· Represent SATERI FJ in media related social events.
· Represent SATERI FJ in any internal meetings within China or overseas.
· Develop value-added products and sales.


Business Sustainability:
· Determine SATERI FJ advantage the company needs to maintain to achieve its goals, along with the internal competencies needed to support those goals.
Continuous Improvement:
· Put in place programs to raise quality and reduce cost at SATERI FJ;
· Optimize manning levels at SATERI FJ.


Growth:
· Develop & implement growth strategy as part of China strategy.
· Give guidance/advise to on-site expansion team.


Organization Building and Learning 
· To build and maintain a qualified and motivated workforce. 
· Grow (Training and Develop) right people and retain good people; Minimize staff turnover.
· Monitor the Know-how transfer/sharing.
· Oversea the Culture Pillar building up in SATERI FJ. 
· Put in place clear plan for development of local talent and leadership.


Education/Professional Qualification/Experience

· Education: bachelor degree or above with viscose fiber or management 
· Experience: 15+ years in viscose fiber (5 yrs. Min. in leadership role)

Business Knowledge/Special Skills

· Strong People Management and Leadership skill;
· Communication and negotiation skill
· Presentation skill 
· Knowledge in viscose fiber
